We have a labyrinth, tree of names, wishing well, a fire pit and paths to benches on the land to meditate.
Montapata Farms in Cornville is small market farm that grows organically on 2.5 acres located in Cornville, AZ. We started growing food in 2020 and it has been a journey since. We were hooked after our experience of pulling the first carrot from the soil that we grew! We knew from that moment that growing food was something that could not only feed us physically but also spiritually. Since this time we have learned many lessons and are continuing to learn how to steward and work with the land in regenerative and responsible ways to grow nutrient dense food for our family and our community. We have a permaculture orchard, greenhouse, raised beds, aquaponic system and flock of birds on our farm. We offer people to come enjoy and tour the farm. You can come pickup ready to order boxes of available produce or we can even walk you through the garden while harvesting available fresh veggies/fruits from the plants. We also offer various homemade small batch goodies and farm to table dinners.
At Steps to Recovery Homes a 501(c)(3), we do far more than provide a roof over someone’s head. We offer an evidence-informed, structured recovery environment where men and women can break the cycle of addiction, develop real-life skills, and reclaim their independence. We serve individuals committed to change by offering a full continuum of care, ranging from sober housing and life coaching to job development and wellness support. Our goal is to help every client build a foundation for long-term, meaningful recovery — not just sobriety.
At Horse Wisdom Guidance our mission to support people in reconnection of their own Innate wisdom. We implement specific equine assisted therapy practices (EAT) introducing communication through energy. Horses mirror our core truths, bringing to the surface what we often cannot see. Equine principles are applied as clients work towards a point of ‘join up’ or connection with the horse bringing a deeper understanding of the parallels between one’s circumstances & relationship with the horse who are a reflection of what is asking to be acknowleged.
