Tres Brisas Beef, LLC

Tres Brisas Ranch, purchased in 1964 by Ralph Burgbacher, has been family owned and operated for more than 60 years. In the 60 and 70s, the ranch was a catfish farm, providing fresh fish to Phoenix area restaurants. In the late 80s Ralph’s daughter Noel began a cattle operation. Granddaughter Jenifer O’Callaghan, her husband Michael, their son Eamonn O’Callaghan and his husband Dennis now run the cattle operation with a few trusted employees. At any given time there are around 50 head of cattle on property. The ranch specializes in open-pasture grass grazing and partner’s with local breweries to pick up spent beer grain, which the cattle thrive on. The ranch’s name, meaning “Three Breezes,” reflects not only the winds that sweep across the fields and hills, but also the enduring spirit of the four generations who have guided its growth. Today, Tres Brisas Ranch continues to embody the values of stewardship and family, supplying premium beef to their customers.
