Homegirl Consulting offers personalized somatic movement and restorative wellness experiences in the Village of Oak Creek, Sedona. Through gentle yoga, supported stretching, body awareness, and Internal Famil Systems (IFS)-informed self-exploration, I create space for people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore what feels truly supportive. Offerings include individual sessions and private group experiences, with an emphasis on curiosity, choice, and meeting each person where they are.
